Account Director

Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with the client and connecting with key business stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and securing new business
  • Planing and navigating the sales process, anticipating objections and pitfalls
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams and cooperate with the different Operations teams to improve the entire service delivery
  • Oversee operational delivery to agreed scope, performance matrix, and all other elements of the agreement.
  • Enabling sites to perform by providing best practices and support
  • Running operational meetings and related standards
  • Supporting Quarterly and Monthly business reviews
  • CMSR calculation & upload
  • Respond to client queries and be proactive in communication.
  • Maintaining training plans, materials and control training refresh
  • Interfaces with Operational teams to ensure excellence and quality of client programs


Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience managing large, complex, customer-facing organizations in a multi-national environment
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop meaningful client relationships with C-level executives
  • Strong professional, interpersonal, presentation, and communications skills
  • Ability to develop actionable account plans
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical, problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • German fluent
  • English fluent
