New Business Executive (Germany)

Our client, a well-established advertising agency in Dusseldorf specializing in the creation and production of POS materials, gadgets, and printed advertising materials, is looking for a New Business Executive.
Preferred locations: Nordrhein-Westfallen, Hessen.

This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious and sales-oriented professional with printing and/or advertising experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop new customer relationships by promoting company products through cold calling and client’s visits;
  • Constantly identify emerging markets and customers;
  • Identify new trends and opportunities;
  • Manage new business pipeline and consistently update the new business database;
  • Orchestrate and lead business negotiations;
  • Participate in trade shows, fairs, and exhibitions;
  • Work on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, placing a strong emphasis on the development of new businesses;
  • Represent the company on the German market.


Requirements:

  • BA/BS;

  • 2 to 5 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the printing and/or advertising industry;

  • Proven track record in sales;

  • Hunger for constant sales growth;

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work on projects;
  • Self-driven, responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented;

  • High negotiation and diplomatic skills with a taste of assertiveness;

  • Knowledge of English – at least B2 level;

  • Ambitious, success-driven;

  • Customer-focused – a person who enjoys working with customers and solving their problems;

  • Determined and resilient, results-oriented.
