NOC Engineer

The NOC Engineer is in charge of the monitoring production environment, reacting to anomaly events, and supporting application-related issues. The working environment is intensive and demands working in 24/7 shifts


  • Intermediate English mandatory;
  • Good troubleshooting skills;
  • Basic knowledge of networking, Virtualization, Databases;
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written, a natural aptitude for dealing with people;
  • Strong delivery orientation (experience in working in B2C environment is an advantage);
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in order to handle multiple tasks in a real-time environment;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to collect and interpret data from various sources;
  • Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly;
  • Stress resistance;
  • Fast-learner

Desirable Skills:

  • Good academic background with a degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computing or relevant subject;
  • Experience in working with monitoring systems (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Appdynamics, Icinga, Nagios);
  • Experience in Technical support or similar role;
  • Experience in a system administrator role.
