Employee Engagement & Survey Specialist

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support the project leader of the global annual Engagement Survey and monthly Pulse surveys to execute the project plan and ensure all milestones are reached on time.
  • Act as Project Manager of smaller local/one-topic surveys, as well as engagement assessment methods.
  • Support when it comes to data analysis, reporting, running the relevant calculations and assessment, providing data in suitable formats throughout the engagement survey cycle.
  • Maintain data quality of the survey data base, including support of yearly data review and clean-up process, ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Cooperate with the external providers in survey set up and analytics, create surveys, analysis and presentations in the system.
  • Cooperate with teams responsible for communication, analytics as well as ca. 100 local HR organizations worldwide.

 Your Profile:

  • Master Degree in Social Sciences / Management or similar
  • 2-5 years of experience in an HR or related function (e.g. marketing/communications when it comes to customer engagement)
  • Proven track record of successful project management (project portfolio) - exposure to the topic of engagement surveys is very nice to have
  • At least 2 years’ experience of working in international, cross functional teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record in data management and analytics, experienced with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and with HR IT systems
  • Excellent planning skills, very well structured
  • Ease in handling conflicting requests - ability to plan actions in advance and prioritize adequately
  • Ability to analyse, combine, calculate and asses data, and develop recommendations based on the results
  • Ability to design comprehensive presentations and present them for larger audience
  • Ability to work with different kind of cultures, to quickly build rapport to diverse stakeholders,
  • Good communication skills on all hierarchy levels
  • Experience in designing and conducting surveys as well as analyzing results – nice to have
