Total Reward Senior Specialist

Your responsibilities: 

  • Secures alignment with global colleagues to manage and oversee the compensation-related programs/projects with a strong focus on keeping stakeholders responsible for tasks and meeting timelines. Includes project planning, stakeholder management and communication cascades.
  • Ensures maintenance of the global job architecture and grading framework and benchmarking, including participation in compensation data surveys and support on building salary bands.
  • Supports and manages annual processes related to compensation for Group Companies, including the annual merit and bonus processes, in accordance with alignment and partnership with the Corporate Total Reward CoE team.
  • Partners with global colleagues for key compensation initiatives such as compensation programs implementation, job grading/levelling, market benchmarking, tool development, and the design of short-term and long-term incentive programs, including alignment and compliance.
  • Oversees and secures delivery of subject matter expertise and support to the HR Business Partners / Directors for compensation related issues.
  • Supports and manages the process around the long-term incentive (EEAP), as and if required.
  • Develops and oversees the delivery of applicable compensation-based communications including programs, policies and guidance for the global businesses.
  • Establishes and maintains program documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines and processes and procedures.
  • Operates in compliance with all local, state and federal laws.
  • Supports Director Total Reward in coaching of local Total Reward colleagues and acts as local mentor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Ready for 5% of travelling

Your profile:

  • Bachelor Degree, HR or related field
  • From 3 to 5 years’ experience in managing compensation in international organization.
  • Deep job levelling and benchmarking expertise
  • Working knowledge of business models, objectives, financial metrics used in decision making; ability to build business cases to support initiatives. Ability to lead and facilitate projects, meetings and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes and results.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills, ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data. Highly analytical with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, self-starter and good self-management, ability to develop collaborative relationships with colleagues at different levels across the organization remotely.
  • Strong inter-personal skills, ability to adjust approach to effectively interact with various levels across the organization.
  • Proficient level of English.
  • Proficient computer skills: very strong Excel and general MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Shared Service/HR Operations, Consulting, Systems implementation experience is a plus
  • Experience with HCM systems such as SAP Success Factors is a plus
