Coaching is an interactive process helping the coached person to develop faster as well as achieve much more satisfying results. It is considered an effective method for causing changes in both work-life and private life as well as in general behaviour, reacting for and perceiving reality.

The aim of coaching is to increase the effectiveness of activities, to develop higher awareness of life- and work-goals along with reliability in decision-making and to teach how to make more conscious use of one’s inborn predispositions and acquired knowledge.
